The Paddlethon is now in the NLPS history books. We would like to thank Henry Haiduk for bringing this fine idea to us and helping all along the way. Thanks also to Cathi Haiduk for supervising the short course; Brenda Schmidt-Stockman for all your lovely key chains; John Mifsud for patrolling the waters in his boat, making sure all were safe; Collingwood Home Hardware Building Centre for tents for the weekend; Loblaws for water; Joe's Music for the sound system; Martin Rydlo for including our event in Sidelaunch Days; Nick Brindisi for supervising the long course; Chris Huycke for providing us with the best laugh of the day. We appreciate all the paddlers who showed up and all the people who sponsored them. The NLPS does nothing without our exceptional volunteers. Our sincere thanks to Henry, Cathi, Justine, Heather, Steve, Marty, Brett, Linda, Derek, Sara, Steven, Nick. See you all next year?
